Reflect, Rebuild and Reconnect

Find stillness in the reflection, support in the process, and strength for what comes next.

When emotional wounds go unhealed, they can painfully surface in the places we cherish the most.

Our Families.

Our Relationships.

Our Sense of Self

Why Still Waters Therapy?

Just like still waters reflect the world around it, Still Waters Therapy offers a space where you can pause, reflect, and see yourself more clearly.

Within the depth of every person lies the strength, and wisdom needed to heal. Often, those inner abilities are hidden beneath the surface, buried by pain, trauma, or the demands of life. At Still Waters Therapy we help individuals, couples, and families gently uncover them.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship strain, trauma, or emotional disconnection, we guide you through the process of self-reflection and skill-building, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Healing begins within.

You already possess the strength.

We’ll help you uncover it.

Meet Natalie

As a marriage and family therapist, I believe every person is already equipped with the strengths they need to heal, it just takes safety, insight, and the right tools to find them.

I create a space where your story can be shared without judgment and where both pain and joy are welcome.

My experience raising five children has deepened my empathy and given me practical insight into the complex challenges individuals and families face. It allows me to connect with you not only as a therapist but as someone who truly understands, and who can offer both support and perspective.

My training in EMDR, IFS, ACT, and DBT allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, and I’m deeply invested in helping you build skills that create lasting emotional freedom and secure, meaningful relationships.

I’ve walked alongside many people through anxiety, grief, trauma, and disconnection, and I would be honored to walk with you.
